1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. OPEN TO ALL LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES (INCLUDING D.C.), WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS 7/1/10 AND ENDS 8/31/10. TO ENTER: Log on to www.orbitrevealyourstyle.com between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 7/1/10 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/10 and follow the instructions posted onscreen to register which include providing your complete name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number with area code, date of birth and e-mail address. Sponsor not responsible for late, stolen, misdirected, or altered entries or entries with incomplete information. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/10. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address, per day. Each person may only use one (1) e-mail address to participate in this Sweepstakes, and such e-mail address may only be used by one person, regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two or more people. Any participant who uses more than one (1) e-mail address to enter this Sweepstakes may be disqualified and any prizes won may be forfeited, subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these full Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.

2. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZES (5): Five (5) Grand Prize winners will each receive a laptop PC computer (Sponsor to select Make and Model in its sole discretion) and a $100.00 retailer gift card (The specific retailer will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Use of gift cards is subject to all terms and conditions and policies imposed by the issuer and federal and state law.) (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) as of 7/1/10 of each Grand Prize: $950.00). The ARV of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual price of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. FIRST PRIZES (5,000): Five Thousand (5,000) First Prize winners will each receive a code redeemable for winner’s choice of one of a select number of Orbit-branded “skins” for either large media or small media devices. Skins selection will be made available at the time of prize award. (ARV of each First Prize: $6.95). All prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, with respect to any prize or any part thereof. No cash alternative or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes shall be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. All taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Each Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for the payment of taxes to the relevant taxing authorities, including all federal, state, and local income taxes and any other taxes associated with the Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner will be issued a Form 1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service. Please allow 8–10 weeks for delivery of Grand Prizes; First Prizes will be delivered via e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. ODDS: Actual odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Limit: No more than one (1) Grand Prize and up to five (5) First Prizes per person. All prizes will be awarded if the number of eligible entries received is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available subject to the limitation set forth above. TOTAL ARV of all Prizes: $39,500.00.

3. PRIZE DRAWING: Potential prizewinners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 9/9/10, from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Fulfillment agent will attempt to notify each potential First Prize winner by e-mail on or about 9/9/10. Each First Prize prizewinner will be contacted at the e-mail address listed on his/her Official Entry Form. Fulfillment agent will attempt to notify each potential Grand Prize winner by mail on or about 9/9/10. Each Grand Prize winner will be contacted at the mailing address listed on his/her Official Entry Form. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. If any prize or prize notification is returned undelivered, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted). Grand Prize winners’ documents must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt or the prizewinner will be disqualified and, if feasible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this Sweepstakes, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photographs, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation or permission, where permitted by law.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns, and sponsors, advertisers, partners and agencies from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors, transmission defaults or interruptions related to computers, software, servers, or telephone or network lines; (c) computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by entrants; (d) printing or typographical errors; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) late, lost or undeliverable mail, e-mail or shipments; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use of a prize.

6. GENERAL: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned; or if this Sweepstakes becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the game and/or processing of entries in accordance with these full Official Rules for any reason; or if tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, without obligation. In the event Sponsor does so, Sponsor shall post notice thereof on the Sweepstakes Web site. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated prematurely, all eligible entries received prior to termination will be eligible for the prize drawing. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage, interfere with, or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these full Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
